The intention of this Immuni-tea blend of herbs is to enhance your immune function.  It will cleanse, heal, align and awaken the solar plexus chakra, whilst strengthening your mind and body.

The herbs chosen are strengthening to the immune system and cleansing on so many levels. They work together synergistically to release toxins stored in our body's tissues and lymphatic system through the skin, kidneys, liver and lungs.

From a spiritual perspective, these herbs are encouraging the body to release what no longer serves it and allow more light to come in. The solar plexus is associated with the sun, personal power and manifesting your desires in reality. These herbs can assist you by strengthening your solar plexus, helping you to stand in your power and feel stronger and clearer, more able to channel the healing light vibrations that are available to us all.

Lemon peel - moves qi, energy through the whole body, shifting stagnation and supporting our digestion and elimination. Lemon is also antiviral and antimicrobial. Lemon contains potassium which helps our cells communicate properly, especially beneficial when we may be sweating a lot, for example, if we have a flu virus.

Ginger - A health-boosting herb that can help us fight off infections. A circulatory tonic, that can improve brain function and protect against Alzheimer's. Ginger is great for our digestive & kidney health, and is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Ginger can alleviate nausea and ease osteoarthritis. It has even been shown in research studies to reduce the risk of heart disease and significantly ease menstrual pain.

Liquorice - to restore the adrenal glands, protect the liver, and to soothe inflammation anywhere in the body. This herb is one of the ultimate remedies for adrenal fatigue caused by stress or trauma. Liquorice boosts our confidence and helps us feel stronger and braver.

Chamomile - a powerful yet gentle anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant herb. Chamomile heals our inner child wounds, especially unexpressed anger stored in the body that disempowers us. Chamomile is soothing to digestion and calming to the nervous system. Chamomile is often used to help people relax and reduce anxiety.

Lemon verbena - A delicious digestive herb that supports the immune system, helps reduce oxidative stress in the body, protects against muscle damage caused by exercise, and improves joint function. It is a calming herb, alleviates anxiety, and improves sleep quality but is not sedative, so a great daytime drink to feel strong yet relaxed. Lemon verbena can also soothe a fever, encouraging sweating and reducing inflammation.

Elderflower - A powerful healer which supports the whole respiratory and immune system. Used for common colds, influenza and covid! It can reduce inflammation in the nasal cavities and alleviate itchy eyes, which can be experienced as sinusitis and rhinitis caused by infections and also allergies. Elderflowers can help clean our body and blood, aiding detoxification through the skin, kidneys and bowels. And it can ease fever by promoting sweating, or help to raise your temperature if you have a cold and are shivering, it is a true adaptogen in this sense.

Yarrow - A natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory, encourages healthy circulation and improves blood flow. Research has shown it can improve wound healing, increasing your body's ability to heal from injury. Yarrow has anti-ulcer properties and can reduce spasms and inflammation in the digestive system, easing both constipation and diarrhoea symptoms. It is also an antistress herb, helping to reduce the secretion of cortico-steroids released by the adrenal glands when we are stressed, thereby reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
